IOCL Engineer Eligibility 2025 Details

Indian Oil is looking for daynamic and dedicated Graduate Engineers of Indian Nationality with an excellent academic rcords to join as Engineers/ Officer Grade 1 Job. Indianoil Engineers Recruitment Eligibility Details are given below:

Educational Qualification

• Applicant must have done the B.E./B.Tech/Equivalent degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering and degree must be recognized by AICTE/UGC.
• For General/EWS/OBC-NCL category applicants the minimum required 65% marks and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD category.
• Applicants should be in a position to produce final degree/marksheet by 31st October 2025.

Note: Candidates having qualifying degree from a discipline other than those above, are not eligible to apply for these posts. However, the Corporation reserves the right to take a final decision in considering an Engineering discipline eligible in case different from those mentioned above. Candidates having their Graduation (BE/B.Tech) in combined/ integrated disciplines/ inter-disciplinary subjects like Mechatronics/ Robotics etc. will not be eligible.

Age Limit Criteria (as on 01.07.2025)

• General/EWS: Maximum 26 years
• OBC (NCL): 29 years
• SC/ST: 31 years
• PwBD: Relaxation up to 10 years
• Additional relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of India norms.

Indian Oil Engineer Salary 2025

Candidates who will be selected as Engineer/Officer in IOCL will get a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/- (Grade A) with an initial basic pay of ₹50,000 per month + other allowances as per government norms for IOCL Engineer Salary 2025.
